Niclin Group completed this design and construction project in September 2017. The 4,700m2 tilt panel warehouse and office is in Brendale, a sought after Brisbane industrial precinct.

Niclin Group worked on behalf of Citimark and Civic Corporation to secure development approval before designing the project to achieve 60% site utilisation. The four units that comprise the facility feature many benefits. The units appeal to owner-occupiers and tenants as they offer cubic capabilities and 125m of street frontage.

This project built a reputation in the area for Niclin Group. The team has since designed and constructed many industrial and commercial developments in the suburb. Completed on time in September 2017, this warehouse is a compartmentalised design with modern aesthetics.
