Last month the rain that we didn’t see over summer appeared on site. Despite the wet, the team is continuing to kick goals with all timber piles, screw piles and bored piers installed. These are used to prepare the surface for the world-class bowling greens so that the greens may be created on a suspended slab, ensuring longevity and durability.
Last month the team also completed the internal concrete pours and the roof is on the retail to the front of the site. Work is continuing in the first retail tenancy to prepare the space for the tenant’s move-in.
This month the team are erecting the steel structure for the bowling green roof and are completing all the framing and fit out works to the retail tenancies and are working towards completing the external painting and the roof to the clubhouse.
Take a look at the latest time-lapse video (above) to see the piles and piers being installed below the green.
