Loyalty is one of Niclin Group’s core values and is one of the areas on which we would like to be judged. However, we know that we aren’t perfect and there are plenty of opportunities for us to improve our loyalty to our subcontractors. That is why we have established an internal program designed to strengthen our relationships with our subbies, the Niclin Group Loyalty Loop.
What is the Niclin Group Loyalty Loop?
The Niclin Group Loyalty Loop is a documented process for how every Niclin Group team is to build two-way relationships with our subbies. The process sets out clear expectations for each team member on how we communicate and interact with you, right down to timeframes for returning your phone calls.
Why is Niclin Group implementing a Loyalty Loop?

What does it mean to you?
Great news! The Niclin Group Loyalty Loop provides you with guidance and feedback at every step in our relationship.
At the estimating stage, you know that if you price for Niclin Group, you will receive market feedback on your proposal, and we will let you know as soon as we do about the status of a job. This feedback means you have a better understanding of where you sit in the market (note: we never provide information on competitor pricing, just information on your proposal – where you excelled and where there is room for improvement).
In our project teams, the Loyalty Loop sets out how we award work. Unlike many of our competitors, Niclin Group doesn’t just consider price when we assign work. We also look at time, innovation and how well you reflect our values of communication, reliability, discipline and positivity. Most importantly, the process ensures we reward loyalty, giving first right of refusal to those that support us during the estimating process.
On site, our teams understand that delays cost you money. Therefore, they will set out clear expectations on program, communication, quality and safety to ensure we don’t waste your time and therefore your money.
In accounts (our most popular team!), you know that if you submit your payment claim in the right format (check out our Invoice Checklist to ensure you are on the right track), you will be paid on time, every time. If you have any questions, you also know that the team will get back to you within one business day.
How can you get on board?
Over the past few weeks, you will have received an email asking for basic company information. If you have not yet filled this out, please do so and send it back. This information is helping us build an accurate database to ensure that if you don’t like working on projects in various sectors, or projects under a certain value, we won’t waste your time by asking you to price. Conversely, it also lets us know of your capabilities that the team might not yet know about.
